It’s moving metal time again; that slow old time that starts once the new September registration fever has worn off, and before the new year arrives. A very toned down version of the SEAT IBE Concept we saw at Geneva in 2010 and based on the VW group MQB platform that underpins the new VW Golf and Audi A3, the new SEAT Leon is the third generation of SEAT’s take on the Golf.
